As a Sr. Test Engineer based in Morgan Hill, CA, you will have the opportunity to develop state-of-the-art RF & Microwave automated test systems. You will be working closely with Development Engineering and Contract Manufacturing groups to provide technical test engineering support to ensure our products meet Anritsu's standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities include:



  • Define and develop product test plans for the automation testing of Anritsu RF & Microwave products
  • Develop and automate calibration process to improve measurement capability and efficiency
  • Evaluate prototype instruments for data sheet specifications and analyze prototype variations
  • Develop and manage databases and Analysis/Utility tools

    Requirements:
  • Requires a 4-year technical degree, BS-EE/CE, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 10+ years of working experience in software/automation/testing/instrumentation development
  • Hands-on experience with programming languages including Visual Basic, C, C#, python, or LabVIEW
  • Knowledge of relational database design (SQL)
  • Experience with software versioning control and bug tracking system (GitLab, Jenkins and TestRail, JiRA)
  • The followings are considered a plus for highly qualified candidates:
  • Experience with controlling automated RF & Microwave test equipment using SCPI protocol
  • Working knowledge or experience in RF/Microwave instrumentation measurements and troubleshooting
  • Understanding of measurement uncertainties and contributing elements
  • Knowledge of basic statistical analysis (SPC, R&R, Cp/Cpk, correlation analysis)

The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
