Job Summary: The Postdoctoral Fellowship provides mentoring and additional training that will prepare a recent doctoral graduate for an independent position in teaching, direct services, or research. Performs other duties as needed. The Center for Nutrition, Healthy Lifestyles, and Disease Prevention in the School of Public Health at Loma Linda University is currently accepting applications for a Postdoctoral Fellowship to advance the research of Environmental Nutrition. The goal of our research is to move society toward a sustainable food system. A great applicant will have a doctoral degree in a field in nutritional epidemiology or environmental health, a background or training in public health, proven quantitative skills working on large data sets, and professional English writing skills. A working knowledge of plant-based nutrition will be helpful as well as an interest in trans-disciplinary research.
