The Photobooth Specialist for E-commerce is responsible for producing, editing and maintaining photographs of units, and parts. The individual will be proficient with taking and editing pictures of units to be uploaded to the E-commerce software. To accomplish the essential functions the person communicates and works directly with E-commerce administrator.



Essential Job Functions

1. Daily takes photos of parts and units efficiently. Properly scans all proper documentation.

2. Writes clear and concise item descriptions of units that will be sold through Duncan Aviation E-commerce website.

3. Assists with various parts management duties (i.e. parts' inspections, pulling parts, reviewing packaging and documentation etc.) according to Duncan Aviation approved procedures.

4. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.



Job Specific Requirements



  • Licenses/Certificates: N/A
  • Attendance: Regularly scheduled attendance required
  • Physical: Repetitive motion; tolerates sitting; proficient typing and data entry skills, able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Other: Proficient with various software including photoshop, illustrator
  • Knowledge of professional photograph procedures, practices, terminology; studio production with multi-camera shooting, lighting conditions and effects
  • Environmental: N/A



Education and Experience



  • High School graduate or equivalent required
  • Minimum of one-year previous related experience in photography or video production preferred
  • Proficiency with general computer use and use of Microsoft Software (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.)
