We are seeking candidates with Global Information Reporting (GIR) experience who are interested in joining a fast-growing team providing tax co-sourcing/outsourcing services to global Private Equity Funds. Team members are responsible for consulting with the client as if they were their in-house tax department. The opportunity will include working with CBIZ team members, as well as client personnel, virtually and/or at the client location.Essential Functions and Primary Duties 
   As a Senior Manager within the Global Information Reporting Services practice you will be part of a diverse team abound with the opportunity to grow into a financial industry leader in international tax transparency, transforming Private Equity processesServe as a tax specialty Subject Matter Expert sharing knowledge with clients, team and CBIZ non-GIR colleaguesProvide advisory services to financial institutions regarding FATCA, CRS, Chapter 3 (1099, 1042 & 8804 reporting and withholding) and Withholding Foreign PartnershipsAssume significant client responsibility; serve as client's trusted advisor, identify conflicts to proactively resolve, primary responsibility for billing, realization & budgetManage staff on engagement deliverables (such as tax returns, work papers, etc.); complete technical and strategic reviews to ensure quality control standards are metSupervise, train and mentor staff; listen and communicate effectively, develop responsible, trained staff via performance feedback and evaluationsDrive a team environment; participate in management decisions and make recommendations on internal department procedures to maintain a positive cultureRecognize business opportunities for our clients and for CBIZ in partnership with upper management; participate inclient meetings, network, propose solutions and meet individual cross serve goalsAdditional responsibilities as assigned
 Preferred Qualifications 
   7+ years of experience in 1099 and 1042 requirements; income derived, annual compliance and related source data7+ years of experience in AEOI FATCA & CRS requirements; entity classifications, reportable account holder analysis and required documentationAdvanced degree such as Masters of Tax, JD, and/or LLM, accounting degree or MBAExcellent presentation, analytical and communications skillsDemonstrated success in business development
 Qualifications Required 
   Bachelor's degree required8 years experience in public accounting or related field5 years supervisoryMust have active CPA or equivalent certificationAbility to manage all aspects of client engagementsAbility to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessaryDemonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externallyProficient use of applicable technologyMust be able to travel based on business needs In compliance with states that have an active pay transparency law The annual salary target for this job in this market is $140,000 - $210,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skillset of the individual selected for this position. Outside of base compensation there are opportunities for - Commissions and/or Annual Bonuses (variable depending on firm and associate performance).
