Your Job Molex is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities Manager to join our talented teams at our Pinellas Park and St Petersburg facilities in Florida. The Maintenance/Facilities Manager will manage, plan, monitor and update an effective & efficient maintenance program to ensure the reliability of the machine, equipment, and annual budget. In addition to maintenance, Manage the activities regarding both facilities including: utility operations and building and grounds maintenance. Manage the security for St. Petersburg and Pinellas Park plants. They will lead the transformation of plant maintenance group from reactive to proactive model. What You Will Do Lead Maintenance Department in efforts to optimize equipment efficiencies and reliability. Establish KPIs to achieve these objectives. Implement programs and systems to manage the facility assets and meet quality system expectations. Evaluate new equipment that will enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity. Interact with Engineering (local & regional) on production concepts to better achieve productivity goals. Coach and develop leaders in the organization in methods that are consistent with our PBM philosophy. Participate in Process Design Reviews and FMEAs. Control, Execute and Process maintenance KPI's (MTBF, MTR, MTTR, Downtime, etc.). Oversee daily operations of facilities including buildings, equipment, and systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.). Develop and manage facility maintenance plans, schedules, and budgets. Supervise internal maintenance staff and manage external contractors and vendors. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Plan and execute facility improvement projects and renovations. Respond promptly to facility emergencies, including after-hours issues when needed. Manage security systems and ensure safe access control procedures. Monitor consumption of electrical energy, water, sewage, natural gas, etc. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field Three (3) years or more experience in maintenance as a lead or supervisor Experience in an industry with an IATF or ISO system requirements Experience with Centralized Maintenance Management Systems Experience establishing KPIs Experience with automation equipment What Will Put You Ahead Ten (10) years or more experience in maintenance supervision Three (3) years or more experience in facilities as lead or supervisor Knowledgeable of Lean Six Sigma/Problem Solving Principles Experience deploying a new CMMS At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
