Moss is seeking motivated and safety-conscious technicians to join our team to travel throughout Florida jobsites for MC4/Wire Management Remediation on utility-scale solar projects. In this role, you'll be responsible for inspecting, identifying, and correcting wire management issues and ensuring MC4 connectors are properly installed and secured according to project standards.

Starting pay is $20 an hourly plus opportunity for per-diem and additional shift differential pay of $2 for overnight shifts.

• Must be willing and able to work night shift 8:00pm-6:30am

• Must be willing and able to travel throughout the state of Florida

• Must speak either English or Spanish fluently to meet safety requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S.

• Drug test will be conducted

• Must have own transportation to travel to work sites

• Previous experience in Solar or related construction or outdoor labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required

• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team.

• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety on the job site

• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks effectively

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
