We're seeking a Senior Director in Chicago, IL to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY:
We are looking for a dynamic Client Lead and a trusted business advisor for one of our cornerstone accounts, a leading food distributor located in the west suburbs of Chicago.
You'll be working alongside other changemakers in our firm to elevate brand awareness and engagement through our owned social channels, integrated campaign support, and employee advocacy programs.
YOU WILL:
Oversee and deliver consulting projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timeline.
Client Relationship Management which includes establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their business goals, challenges and expectation.
Serve as the partner for our client's success with the projects we deliver on and guidance we provide.
Proactively identify opportunities to expand our footprint and strengthen client partnerships.
Collaborate with business development team to identify new client prospects and contribute to the development of compelling proposals and pitches.
Lead the negotiation and closing of consulting contracts, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals.
Create an amazing culture for our employees at the client to create cohesion and teamwork between our consultant teams.
Track and report on key performance metrics, including client satisfaction, revenue growth, and project profitability.
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
Proven track-record in developing and growing established accounts across multiple cost-centers.
Great leadership skills.
People leadership: managing and cultivating a large team (40+ people).
Project leadership: overseeing the quality of deliverables across the different projects.
Thought leadership: driving the client's growth and transformation agendas.
Meaningful experience in distribution (ideally food distribution, either foodservice or retail).
Off-the-charts accountability to drive consistent results and lead our team.
Very strong leadership skills to attract, retain, lead, grow, and develop a large NH team.
Fluency on a modern tech stack - able to hold a constructive conversation with the client's CIO.
Executive acumen and consulting engagement leadership skills to maintain existing and build new relationships with client's organization (including C-Level executives and their direct reports).
Consulting experience would be a huge plus, but a consulting mindset is a must; we are looking for someone with amazing client hands.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and anticipate future technical needs.
Curiosity and desire to continuously learn to stay up-to-date with management practices and emerging technologies, applying that improve the relationship with the client.
Total Rewards associated with this position include a competitive base salary from $157,000 to $200,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.
