About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Information Technology, to lead the engineering teams responsible for developing and maintaining sales platforms that serve Partners, Call Center Agents, and Customers. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background with proven experience in leading high-performing software development teams.

This role demands a strategic and execution-focused leader who can drive the delivery of scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications while partnering closely with Product, Business Stakeholders, and Field Teams. Your mission is to ensure continuous delivery of business-critical capabilities and maintain operational excellence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a team of software engineers across multiple squads.
* Foster a collaborative and inclusive engineering culture focused on continuous learning and excellence.
* Guide professional development, conduct performance reviews, and support career growth.
* Own end-to-end software delivery including planning, design, development, testing, and release.
* Ensure systems are built and deployed with security, scalability, and performance in mind on cloud platforms.
* Experience integrating and managing analytics platforms to ensure data-driven decision-making.
* Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Field Teams to define technical roadmaps and ensure business needs are met.
* Act as a key liaison between engineering and operational stakeholders to ensure system uptime and availability for end users.
* Own system availability, monitoring, and incident management processes.
* Establish and enforce best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
* Continuously assess and improve code quality, performance, and security standards.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years of engineering management.
* Experience in diverse technology stack including React JS, NodeJS, Micro-services and Micro Frontends architecture.
* Experience in managing large applications and delivery of multiple projects in the development space by providing technical leadership.
* Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud infrastructure providers.
* Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade applications supporting diverse user groups (e.g., customers, agents, partners, marketing teams).
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Experience in leading software development teams encompassing the responsibilities including performance management, employee engagement, training and career development.
* E-commerce experience is preferred
