The Infusion Billing Coordinator II reports to the Department Manager the Billing Coordinator II works at an advanced level of proficiency to bill to primary, secondary, tertiary and patients in an effective, efficient, accurate and timely manner to assure the greatest possible payment in the shortest amount of time. Independently resolves and troubleshoots complex issues. Acts as a resource to help train others. Additional duties may include payer audits, software system testing and all other duties as assigned by Manager.
