Warehouse Supervisor

At SuperATV we are working to WOW our customers with innovative, race-tested products and world class customer service. Currently, we are adding to our Shipping & Receiving department and looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor. This role will help continue SuperATV's growth and impact in the off-roading industry.

• Responsible for supervision of the Shipping, Receiving, and Returns departments to ensure continuity of service for all customers, both internal and external
• Coordinate and facilitate scheduling, training, and performance management with input from Group Lead over each area
• Ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving by all team members
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Understand most efficient pick/put routes in an effort to implement improvements to layout, systems, processes, etc.
• Coordinate with other departments (ex. sales/customer service, logistics, purchasing, production) to meet business needs
• Resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or workflow bottlenecks
• Track productivity and report on operational KPIs
• As needed based staffing/order volume, operate a pack mule, forklift, or stand-up lift to fulfill orders, load/unload trucks, and move product throughout the facility
• Ability to be flexible, cross train, and adapt to change

Qualified candidates will be driven, reliable, detail oriented, and have a strong work ethic. To be successful, you must be able to multitask, self-manage time efficiently, problem solve and be a self-starter. Must be able to lift up to 70lbs.

Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
