Maintenance Technician

Advantage xPO is partnering with a respected construction company in Boston, MA, to hire a Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity. This company values safety, innovation, and a team-first culture where your skills are recognized and appreciated.

Pay: $31.71 - $37.87/hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Monitor the Building Management System (BMS) and respond to alarms
• Conduct daily walkthroughs of critical areas like generator and fuel pump rooms
• Check emails and respond to maintenance requests
• Coordinate with kitchen staff regarding equipment or facility needs
• Inspect hot water heaters, inventory filters, lamps, and plumbing supplies
• Perform regular inventory checks, including tools and maintenance supplies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment

What We're Looking For:

• High proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Understanding of commercial electrical systems and safety protocols
• Familiarity with standby generators and Russ-electric switchgear
• Basic plumbing and construction knowledge
• Ability to read blueprints and equipment manuals
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
