Tube Machine Operator

Pay: Starting at $21/hour (based on experience)

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Midnight Shift: Sunday - Thursday | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

As a Tube Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating tube machining equipment, including RTTS and aluminum tube machines. You'll read and follow blueprints, work orders, and safety protocols to ensure accurate and high-quality production. Daily tasks include inspecting finished parts, performing light machine maintenance, and maintaining optimal equipment performance. You'll also assist in training new operators, support other production activities as needed, and strictly follow all safety rules and PPE requirements to ensure a safe work environment.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year manufacturing or machine operation experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in warm conditions
• Comfortable using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
• Able to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
• Reliable attendance and team-oriented mindset
• Basic computer skills for job tracking and documentation
• ERP system experience (e.g., Epicor) is a plus
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing is a plus
