We offer a super exciting role where you will be responsible for professional, effective, and flawless support to the Head of Customer Experience and Head of People Function for North America, taking full ownership of the schedule, being the gatekeeper, and proactive sparring and support for efficiencies towards strategic priorities

Key responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage complex calendar scheduling across time zones

  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for the executive and select team members

  • Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and invoice tracking

  • Prepare briefing materials and agendas for internal and external meetings

Business Operations & Analysis

  • Support data consolidation, assist in preparing presentations for business reviews and light business analysis to inform decisions

  • Organize and coordinate team planning meetings, workshops, and offsites

  • Assist with coordination and follow-up on internal projects and initiatives

Communication & Presentation Support

  • Draft internal communications and presentation decks (PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

  • Support the creation of customer-facing materials in collaboration with commercial teams

  • Own and coordinate regular town hall meetings for the broader team/organization

  • Maintain templates, document libraries, and key reference materials

Collaboration & Engagement

  • Plan and execute team and customer events (onsite and virtual)

  • Manage internal communication

  • Serve as a point of contact across teams, vendors, and key stakeholders

  • Coordinate with other EAs

System Administration

  • Create and maintain SharePoint sites and team collaboration spaces

  • Coordinate updates to organizational charts, contact lists, and process documents

  • Use collaboration tools (Teams, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Power BI basic viewing) to support efficient workflows

What we look for

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management Preferred

  • Experience from a similar role - with a proven track record and a can-do attitude

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Team player with proven ability to work under pressure and ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders at once achieving results and deliverables

  • Comfortable with routinely shifting demands

  • Self-directed, can work independently

  • High degree of attention to detail

Job Type:Full Time

Salary:$65,000- $80,000*

Benefits:Full-time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match.

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
