You'll work with patients across all age groups, from infants to geriatrics, delivering comprehensive respiratory care services including patient education, equipment management, and clinical assessments. Collaborating closely with our Senior Respiratory Therapist and multidisciplinary team, you'll ensure optimal patient outcomes while maintaining the highest clinical standards per The Joint Commission (TJC), state, and departmental regulations. Your responsibilities include documenting patient visits, performing equipment maintenance, participating in on-call rotations, and educating patients and caregivers on proper equipment use and safety protocols. Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy Current Virginia & Maryland State Board of Physicians licence required. DC RT licence to be obtained post 90 days from employment. Registration by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) as a Registered Respiratory Therapist or Certified Respiratory Therapist. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
