Circuit Ordering and Provisioning Specialist Job Locations

Overview ViaPath is seeking a Circuit Ordering and Provisioning Specialist to join our team. The responsibility of this position will be to work with all departments of ViaPath to provide effective Provisioning services to ViaPath customers. While in this critical position, you will have the opportunity to utilize your experience working within multiple databases and vendor managed access portals for ordering and maintaining ViaPath inventory base. The ideal candidate will have a background in telecommunications, a good knowledge of Telecom Provisioning, PSTN, VoIP, IP Networks, Internet access delivery mediums and a basic understanding of the functions of a Session Border Controller (SBC). This position is a remote based opportunity and can be based anywhere in the US with a preference to be based in the Central Region for easier support to all time zones. Responsibilities
Telecom Provisioning SME, working in a customer focused environment providing project and operational support to deliver a multitude of telecoms solutions. Responsibilities include the ordering and provisioning of circuits, local phone service, DIDs as well as the analysis and verification of telecom inventory and charges.
