The eCommerce IT team at Lenovo is responsible for building, maintaining, and evolving the global digital commerce infrastructure that powers Lenovo.com and Motorola.com across 90+ markets. Working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and regional teams, the IT team ensures high performance, scalability, and stability of the platform. Their work spans frontend and backend systems, integrations with third-party marketplaces and payment providers, as well as continuous enhancements to user experience, security, and compliance. The team plays a critical role in enabling Lenovo's direct-to-consumer growth and digital transformation strategy.

As a Product Analyst, you'll help bring digital experiences to life across Lenovo.com and Motorola.com. You'll support the planning and delivery of features that align with our global eCommerce strategy, while gaining hands-on experience in Agile product development. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and presentation skills who is eager to collaborate, learn, and grow in a fast-paced digital environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist senior product owners and analysts in defining product roadmaps and priorities
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups
  • Help document user stories, test scenarios, and functional requirements
  • Support communication between business, design, and development teams
  • Help prepare and present updates to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Learn eCommerce platform capabilities and help identify solutions to user needs
  • Explore opportunities to apply AI tools to improve customer experience and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics or related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident in presenting ideas
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams and time zones including early morning/late-night meetings
  • Eagerness to learn product management, Agile methodology, and eCommerce concepts
  • Interest in AI trends and tools, with curiosity about how AI can enhance digital products
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting in a dynamic environment
  • Basic knowledge of web technology or digital platforms is a plus

This role is based in Morrisville, NC and operates under a hybrid schedule (3 days in office/week).
