Job Responsibilities

Pradco Outdoor Brands is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Digital Production Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about bringing products to life through compelling visual storytelling.
As a key contributor to our content marketing efforts, you will lead the planning, execution, and post-production of content across photography, videography, editing, and some graphic design. The bulk of your work will focus on producing impactful media that informs and drives consumer engagement.
In addition to hands-on production, you will version artwork and participate in strategic marketing discussions. While reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role offers the opportunity to collaborate across various departments within the organization.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
2+ years of work experience in creative, digital, or marketing
2+ years of experience with photography/videography and associated post-production work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with concentration in Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Experience/Traits
Digital and/or social media background preferred
Background in hunting and outdoor sports and/or experience in the outdoor sporting goods industry

Job Summary

Scope and Responsibilities

Pre-Production Planning:
* Develop creative briefs, storyboards, and shoot schedules
* Scout locations and coordinate talent, props, and product setups
* Organize timelines, logistics, and shot lists with precision and foresigh

Production:
* Own creative identity and maintenance of each brand
* Capture high-quality video and lifestyle content
* Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment with proficiency
* Ensure content remains brand-aligned and continually relevan

Post-Production:
* Edit video and photography for multiple platforms, formats, and aspect ratios
* Deliver polished content variations suited for web, social media, packaging, and beyond
* Maintain consistent file organization, naming conventions, and asset archive

Project & Workflow Management:
* Handle multiple concurrent shoots and product pipelines with impeccable organization
* Oversee equipment care and inventory
* Communicate effectively across multiple divisions and teams

Essential Job Function
  • Ability to collaborate and maneuver in a highly dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadline
  • Work independently and cross-functionally as neede
