The Director of Brand Sales for ABSCO/AMAZON/West Regionals at La Colombe, reporting to the VP of Brand Sales. The position focuses on driving strategy, business development, and execution of the Ready-to-Drink (RTD) business in ABSCO and AMAZON and key western regional customers, including Stater Raley's, SaveMart, and others. It emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and customer relationship management within a fast-paced environment.

This role is critical in ensuring that La Colombe's RTD products reach customers effectively while maintaining strong partnerships and financial discipline. The Director of Brand Sales is positioned as both a strategic leader and a hands-on manager, driving growth and operational excellence in the west regional market.

Responsibilities

The Director of Brand Sales serves as a strategic leader for La Colombe's RTD business, working closely with both external partners like Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) and internal teams such as Commercial Strategy, Customer Finance, and Marketing. Key duties include:

* Developing and executing go-to-market strategies that meet volume and revenue targets across key customers in the west region.

* Collaborating with KDP National Account teams to ensure sales success, manage omni-channel expenses, and uphold financial stewardship.

* Creating short- and long-term joint business plans with internal and external stakeholders including Commercial, Shopper Marketing, Shopper Insight, Finance, and Category Management.

* Monitoring customer performance, service levels, and product availability, and providing innovative solutions to address any voids or challenges.

* Acting as a brand ambassador and expert alongside KDP for key accounts.

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with RTD merchants, understanding their needs and strategies, while aligning with La Colombe's key performance indicators.

* Representing customer insights internally to influence resource allocation and strategic focus.

* Assisting in the development of impactful selling materials for the La Colombe execution team.

* Demonstrating a thorough understanding of ABSCO's internal structure and go-to-market strategies.

* Leading and developing at least one regional manager as a direct report, fostering leadership within the team.

Requirements

* A bachelor's degree is required.
* At least 7 years of experience in consumer packaged goods, including sales and/or category management.
* Proven customer experience and strong leadership capabilities.
* Effective people management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional leadership.
* Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach to build and maintain relationships.
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in reporting systems such as IRI and Nielsen, as well as Microsoft Office.
* Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Compensation Range:$148,000.00-$222,000.00, plus bonus.
