AMD together we advance_ The Role: AMD's Adaptive and Embedded Computing Group is looking for a silicon savvy technical program leader in pre-Silicon program management organization for the exciting role of working with a team of senior program managers chartered to drive execution of key development programs from concept to tape out. This person will also be hands on working with the team and be expected to drive key portfolio of IPs targeted for multiple SoC programs in addition to participating in cross functional activities on behalf of the program management team. Pre-Silicon program management requires you to drive the execution of entire product stack where different deliverables are coming from different engineering teams/functions across AMD. These functions will include Product Planning requirements, Architecture definition, IP design/delivery, SoC Integration, Verification, and SW co-development, With keeping the big picture view of end-to-end program plan and execution, you should co-ordinate and iron-out dependencies among different engineering teams to make sure all the intermediary milestones are being met and execution remains on track. Success of the program will be defined as meeting or beating the scope, schedule and spend of the program. THE PERSON: Can communicate at different levels and present program status for executives. Interpersonal skills to be able to drive and lead technical issues to resolution. Quick learner and can adapt to dynamic technical environment.
