Responsibilities & Expectations:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing complex accounting functions, reconciling high-volume transactions and supporting audits. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with corporate accounting processes, general ledger reconciliations, and financial analysis.

  • Perform daily, monthly, and annual bank reconciliations for multiple accounts in a high-volume environment
  • Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
  • Serve as a key liaison with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and external stakeholders on banking and payment matters
  • Support year-end audits by coordinating with external auditors and preparing required documentation
  • Implement and refine accounting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Perform bank administration tasks such as user permissions, limits, etc.
  • Perform positive pay function as well as release ACHs and wires

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive accounting experience, including senior-level activities
  • Proven experience reconciling complex accounts in multi-entity, high-revenue organizations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills including pivot tables
  • Experience with accounting software
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate accounting principles
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage competing priorities
