Job Description Responsible for overseeing the Brewers Team Store operations and Brewers Authentics at American Family Field. Provide leadership and communication to the stores team that results in maximizing the store profitability. Ensure that all processes and procedures for the retail department are being followed. Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Oversee hiring and training efforts for fan facing retail positions
The ideal candidate is required to have at least three years of store management experience and sports retail purchasing is preferred. Bachelor's Degree with Business Management or Sports Management is preferred. The ideal candidate should also have:
