Essential Job Functions
* Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concern

* Supports the overall strategic vision of the AIO remit, including:
o Standardized execution by
o Supporting safety and quality standards
o Leading deployment of, and supporting standard process, procedure, and technical applications
o Developing and enforcing equipment standards, calibration, and maintenance
o Analyzing large consumable purchases and CAPEX to make recommendations on improved purchasing strategies
o Supporting the development and performance of technical training and certifications
o Performing field audits and competency development
o Supporting critical job management, training/coaching & review
o Managing direct employees and crews
o Provide direct supervision and on-site support as required
* Improved commercial performance by:
o Supporting key performance indicators (KPI's)
o Reviewing pricing and margins
o Reviewing win/loss/pending tracking and analysis

o Supporting job walks, quotes and bid support
o Supporting commercial training
o Supporting competitive analysis
o Industry best practice identification and dissemination
o Identifying market opportunities for higher level collaboration
o Supporting industry representation and influence
o Providing technical expertise in support of group sales and profitability efforts
o Contribute to group sales and operations meetings
o Support communication of Asset Integrity Operations expectations to technicians
* Managed Program Lifecycle by:
o Performing application and incident technical support
o Performing risk identification and mapping
o Performing digitization and improved decision making
o Supporting lean / agile processes
o Supporting ideation / innovation and new technologies
o Recommending acquisitions and strategic alliances
o Being the voice of the customer
* Manages the performance of his/her immediate and extended teams by:
o Influencing and leading multi-disciplinary employees and teams
o Establishing individual performance objectives
o Defining tasks and projects to the staff
o Supporting training needs and coaching
o Leading technical sales conversations with current and prospective customers
Job Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required, technical school or college credits preferred
* Bachelor or Associates Degree in Engineering or related field preferred
* 15+ years' subject matter expertise / service line experience
* Knowledgeable in both conventional and advanced NDE and NDE technologies and applications, RT, MT, PT, UT, VT, LT, ET, ML, PMI, GUL, GPR, etc: ASNT Level III preferred
* Previous supervisory or training experience preferred
* Strong written and spoken communication skills
* Strong computer skills, (Email, Word, Excel, Power Point)
* Ability to perform a variety of tasks, often changing assignments on short notice
* Ability to prioritize and complete work assignments by specific deadlines
* Ability to work under extreme pressure, tight deadlines and constantly shifting priorities due to changes to the original schedule
* Ability to manage multiple client relationships and develop win - win outcomes with customers
* Experience working on, supervising, or managing field projects
* Demonstrated specialized technical knowledge in specific technology related disciplines
* Knowledge of Safety, Quality, Financial, Environmental, and Regulatory requirements
* Experience reviewing models, P&IDs, Isometrics, and other engineering drawings
* Travel requirement up to 50%
