Job Summary
Candidate must be able to multi-task effectively, self-motivated, perform in a fast paced, team- oriented environment, and have strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills. Strong Customer Service and analytical skills are a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word required. Responsible for complete and accurate order processing that supports departmental service goals. This includes multi-tasking such as: Complete Direct Import order management responsibility from order entry, ship date confirmation, preparation of purchase order upload sheets when applicable, rest-of-world [ROW] inventory tracking at factories. Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide responsive quality customer service and support at all times, share order status information, inquiries related to shipments, and problem solving. This critical performance should be done on a daily basis or as needed in a proficient and professional manner. Qualification Requirements
Minimum Education: College level coursework may be substituted for years of experience, such that an Associate Degree with 3 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience would qualify. Minimum Work Experience: 3 years of experience in International Logistics/Traffic planning and/or Customer Service. License(s)/Certification(s): None. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Excellent skills in PC based applications to include but not limited to Excel, Microsoft Word, Great Plains, SAP. Physical Requirements
