As a Field Applications Engineer, you'll partner with our customers and the ZEISS sales team to provide both pre-sales and post-sales support. This includes delivering product demonstrations, offering technical consultation, and ensuring customers can effectively use our hardware and software solutions. Your work will involve a mix of activities - from formal and custom training sessions to on-site and remote support, as well as programming and measurement services. This is a consultative, customer-facing role that requires professionalism, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Sound Interesting? Here's what you'll do:
