The Human Resource Solutions team within Koch is seeking a Human Resource Co-op to join our team(s) this upcoming Spring 2026 in Wichita, KS or Atlanta, GA.

The Human Resource Solutions Rotational Program is designed for aspiring students to gain experience in various areas of HR and determine an area to further develop within their career. This Rotational Program has the opportunity to span up to a 2-year period, involving both Fall & Spring part-time Co-ops and a full-time summer internship. Please note that this will be an in-person Co-op throughout the school year and will be required to be located in Wichita, KS or Atlanta, GA.

What You Will Do

The program will host a series of rotations through various HR disciplines allowing associates to learn applicable skills applied to real work experiences not available in a classroom setting. Aligning with associates' development needs, career goals, and school curriculum through a principled approach. Rotations may include, but are not limited to:

  • Total Rewards (benefits, retirement, wellbeing)
  • Payroll
  • HRS Strategy & Experience (communications and vendor strategy)
  • HR Operations
  • Global Mobility (relocation / business travel)
  • Business HR Support
  • HR Service Center Support

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Enrolled in a degree or alternative program. (e.g., 2-year technical college program, certificate program, upskilling program, etc.)
  • Eligible for full time employment on or before Fall 2027.
  • Currently reside within Wichita, KS or Atlanta, GA.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
