Your Job The Human Resource Solutions team within Koch is seeking a Human Resource Co-op to join our team(s) this upcoming Spring 2026 in Wichita, KS or Atlanta, GA. The Human Resource Solutions Rotational Program is designed for aspiring students to gain experience in various areas of HR and determine an area to further develop within their career. This Rotational Program has the opportunity to span up to a 2-year period, involving both Fall & Spring part-time Co-ops and a full-time summer internship. Please note that this will be an in-person Co-op throughout the school year and will be required to be located in Wichita, KS or Atlanta, GA. What You Will Do The program will host a series of rotations through various HR disciplines allowing associates to learn applicable skills applied to real work experiences not available in a classroom setting.
