Job Description:
The School District of Milton is seeking applicants for a Nutrition Team Delivery Driver position at Milton High School and District Wide. This position supports both the Nutrition Services Department and the Building & Grounds Department. The position begins as soon as possible and starts at 6:45 a.m. and ends at 3:15 p.m., Monday through Friday (40 hours/week). A starting wage of $18.65 per hour is offered for this position, with additional compensation available for candidates with experience in food service and/or with experience in custodial/maintenance in a school setting. A highly competitive benefits package is included. Qualifications: The School District of Milton is seeking a dependable and adaptable individual who can transport and frequently carry boxes or crates weighing up to 50 pounds between schools. In this role, the successful candidate will spend the first part of each day selecting and delivering food, followed by custodial work in the afternoon. During school breaks and summer months, the position shifts to supporting the Building and Grounds Department, with work locations assigned based on district needs. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicate effectively, and work well as part of a team. They must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, traveling between schools in all seasons. Previous food service experience-particularly in a school setting-is preferred. A valid Wisconsin driver's license is required.
