DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Human Services Analyst in the Community Mental Health Program Support Unit, your primary focus will be the County base-funded mental health delivery system which includes the Consolidated Community Reporting Initiative (CCRI). You will work independently while also seamlessly collaborating with internal staff and external business partners toward achieving CCRI's objective of reviewing and monitoring the statewide data infrastructure necessary to report client-level service utilization and outcome information on persons receiving services under the initiative. This includes working with counties to ensure their needs and concerns are identified, workable solutions are developed and adhered to, and programs provide all people with opportunities for growth, recovery, and inclusion in their community. Your responsibilities in this role will involve analyzing and interpreting reports; providing ongoing policy and technical support; responding to inquiries related to consumer enrollment, provider enrollment, and encounters; and scheduling, planning, and conducting meetings with county agencies and their respective contractors. You will also participate in discovery and design sessions for the Enterprise Case Management (ECM) system which will serve as the enrollment system for OMHSAS base-funded consumers. - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to three days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs; and a bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes one year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs.
