The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $84,757.00 to $137,443.20. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills.

We understand the need to be creative and flexible when it comes to telecommuting and other alternative work arrangements. This position is eligible for our hybrid remote work and will work in the Silver Spring, MD office four days per week.



Responsibilities

The Business Solutions Manager II is responsible for overseeing the management and optimization of core banking systems, third-party applications, and technology upgrades. This role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency, productivity analysis, and accurate reporting of operational metrics. The manager will lead efforts to enhance core banking applications and models, driving improvements in service delivery and system performance.



Qualifications

Requirements:

    Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in managing core banking systems
  • Experience with third-party application integration and management
  • Proven track record in operational metrics reporting and efficiency analysis
  • Strong understanding of core banking systems.
  • Proficiency in managing third-party applications and technology upgrades.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage operational metrics and reporting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management practices.

Preferences:

  • Master's degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) or certifications in relevant areas
