What to Expect
The Software Engineer, Factory Infrastructure will primarily support the factory infrastructure team to maintain and improve the existing EPC and Financial Reporting Systems. This team member will collaborate with smart individuals to solve complex problems, implement software based solutions and sustain multiple systems in a face pace environment.

What You'll Do
  • Identify, implement, and maintain integrations between a range of factory software platforms (e.g., finance applications, equipment control systems, maintenance tracking tools, inventory management solutions)
  • Ensure seamless data flow across systems, improving accuracy, reducing manual data entry, and enhancing real-time visibility into operations
  • Leverage Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and related technologies to develop workflows that streamline internal processes
  • Design and refine digital forms, planner tasks, and list items to eliminate inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to tailor applications that align with evolving infrastructure requirements
  • Partner with Construction, Maintenance, Operations, Quality Assurance, and Finance teams to assess their software-related needs, translating them into practical tools and applications
  • Develop easy-to-use interfaces, dashboards, and automation sequences that enable non-technical stakeholders to manage tasks, monitor KPIs, and make informed decisions

What You'll Bring
  • Degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years with PowerApps/coding/software is a must, 3+ years of experience with construction processes is preferable
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and related Microsoft 365 tools to create and maintain automated workflows
  • Familiarity with common factory software, or the ability to quickly learn and integrate new platforms
  • Strong Construction background will be helpful as it will pertain to many of the business processes we will be supporting
  • Hands-on track record of implementing digital solutions that aid in production, maintenance, finance, or logistics functions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the capacity to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
