Facilities Coordinator

As a Facilities Coordinator at First Western, you will play a vital role in helping high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals. You will work closely with our Legal & Governanceteam to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.

What You Will Do:

• Monitor and schedule routine maintenance and repair of bank-owned and leased offices.
• Collaborate with maintenance vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed efficiently and effectively.
• Assist in monitoring and managing facility contracts, leases, budgets, tracking expenses and tenant improvement allocations, and contributing to cost-saving initiatives.
• Support the planning and execution of facility improvement projects, space planning, and renovations.
• Point of contact assisting Banking Managers in implementing emergency services such as plumbing/electrical issues.
• Maintain accurate records related to facility operations and improvements.

What You Bring:

• Basic computer ability, including navigating the internet, completing an online timecard, Outlook, and Word proficiency
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
• A customer service mindset and willingness to learn.

Pay Range: $24.24 - $31.50/HR
