Job Description

The Mobile Solutions Business Unit is seeking a RF Design Engineering Co-op to join a team of talented engineers and grow the team in our San Jose Design Center for 6 months. Our engineering team is responsible for the design and integration of BAW/SAW into cellular front-end modules. These modules include Power Amplifiers, Low-Noise Amplifiers, band/antenna switches and BAW/SAW filters. As a part of filter design team, you will work on complex RF modules to integrate multiple dice from a variety of technologies to deliver the best-in-class performance.

The successful candidate will explore and devise a variety of RF circuits to enhance the competitive position of MSB. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of electromagnetic theory and RF circuits. The candidate will be responsible for EM and schematic analysis of active and passive RF front-end circuits. The candidate will be adept in interfacing multiple RF components by devising proper routing, designing low loss impedance matching networks and subsequently analyze the integration of various filter technologies on the module using advanced EM simulation tools.

The position is in San Jose, a great location for technological innovation in the US and some of the best places in the country hiking, outdoor activities, restaurants and more lifestyle options!
