Position Overview:

As an Lean Project Intern at Munters you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Production, Warehousing, and Support systems in the Lean Transformation Office. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will be provided a unique opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world projects, develop technical skills, and explore career opportunities in the field of Lean Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and

achieve project goals.

  • Conduct research and gather data to support Lean activities and

decision-making processes.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to

enhance product performance and efficiency.

  • Document and present findings, results, and recommendations to team

members and stakeholders.

  • Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices in all transformation activities.

Qualifications:

* Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

. Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for engineering.

* Prior internship or relevant work experience is a plus.

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as an Engineer Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Manufacturing, Materials and Inventory Control systems.

  • Maintain status of all projects on Kaizen Calendar
  • Implement and maintain standards on all Gemba boards
  • Create detailed Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures for new and current processes
  • Track and organize schedules, documentation and files for multiple projects
  • Assist in the implementation of multiple simultaneous projects, with a focus on Green and Black Belt initiatives
  • Develop processes to collect, analyze, and report key performance metrics
  • Assist in the design and implementation of the recycling project
  • Conduct time studies on various business processes
  • Create and maintain layouts for all production and office facilities
