As part of our ongoing commitment to operational excellence, we are seeking a dependable Field Operations Administrator for Customer Serviceto join our team and play a crucial role in our Field Operations department.

Job Responsibilities



  • Responsible for daily processing of all applications and closing account forms from the online portal, mail, or walk-in clients.
  • Answer and handle all incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Review and release bills for all service areas on the assigned schedule.
  • Research accounts and compile paperwork for deposit refunds and collection requests.
  • Monitor delinquent accounts and process communications as needed before the disconnect order.
  • Apply system adjustments as necessary.
  • Monitor the billing inquiry mailbox and distribute requests to the appropriate person.
  • Payment coordinator and other roles, as assigned.
  • Receives, evaluates, and answers customer inquiries (phone or correspondence) in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.

Work Experience

One year of experience working in an operations role, performing administrative support functions, is preferred. ERP experience is desirable (SAP - SM, DD, MM, CRM modules preferred).
