Job Description The role Clifford Chance US LLP is seeking a full-time, Regional Strategy & Execution Lead to act as a trusted partner to the Americas Chief Operating Officer and Business Leadership Team. This Executive Manager-level role is designed for a professional who thrives at the intersection of strategic planning, analytical rigor, operational excellence, and disciplined execution. Success in this role depends less on technical specialization and more on the drive, curiosity, and intellectual agility to navigate a dynamic, fast-growing global firm and translate ideas into meaningful impact. The successful incumbent will lead the definition, implementation, and execution of regional and office-level strategies, drive high-impact business initiatives, and shape and advance productivity efforts that enable the region to deliver on its strategic priorities. This role can be based in either New York, DC, or Houston and will report to the Regional Chief Operating Officer - Americas. Key Responsibilities

Clifford Chance US LLP offers a comprehensive benefits and compensation package. The salary range for this role is $155,000 - $225,000.
