Senior Manager, Business Operations

We have an opportunity for a Senior Manager, Business Operations, to join Product and Business Operations team in Tacoma, WA, reporting to the Vice President of Product and Business Operations. In this pivotal role, you drive business-critical initiatives, align operations with company objectives, and support cross-functional efficiency. Collaborating closely with finance, sales, marketing, and product teams, you will lead operational excellence, post-launch activities, and customer feedback programs.

Be a Contributor - What You'll Do



  • Oversee strategic business operations programs and initiatives
  • Develop and manage operational roadmaps and performance metrics
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive process improvements
  • Drive CAB (Customer Advisory Board) meetings to gather feedback and align strategies
  • Manage post-product launch activities, including adoption metrics and win/loss analysis
  • Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights
  • Drive executive reporting and business reviews
  • Implement best practices for operational efficiency
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation for operations initiatives
  • Promote a collaborative and inclusive team environment


Be Prepared - What You Bring



  • 12+ years of business operations experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience managing large-scale operations programs
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

First 90 Days: Successfully understand Infoblox BMT (Business Management Team) process and drive the key business initiatives from planning to execution. Build strong cross-functional relationships and improve operational processes

Six Months: Expertise in Infoblox CAB process. Drive continuous improvement in business operations

One Year: Influence business strategy through data-driven insights. Driving CAB and BMT. Be recognized as a key leader in driving operational excellence
