Qualified candidates will have eleven years of relevant experience and a strong desire to develop trial skills. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and analytical skills and will have completed a clerkship. Demonstrated written advocacy experience in the defense of government investigations, government enforcement litigation and related complex civil fraud litigation is preferred. Ideal candidates will have strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent client services. Our team has extensive proficiency in counseling, investigating, defending, and litigating all forms of government inquiry. Our nationwide representation includes managing matters from the investigation and grand jury stages through trial and, if necessary, appeal and collateral proceedings. We provide comprehensive services to individuals and organizations that receive civil investigative demands, subpoenas, or any other requests for information from federal prosecutors, state prosecutors or investigative agencies. |
