We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Consumer Services Strategic Initiatives to lead strategic initiatives that directly impact revenue growth across our consumer services product lines (C2B, B2C, RMO, Pre-Paid). In this role, you will provide strategic planning and disciplined program/project management to ensure proper execution of strategic initiatives.

Role Responsibilities:




  • Develop specific strategic frameworks with the teams that are driving execution so that we deliver to an integrated plan & KPIs



  • Support leadership/teams on cross-company initiatives and Lead strategic projects, as identified by the executive leader.



  • Help develop cohesive narratives to share with key stakeholders on a regular /as-needed basis.



  • Create competitive analyses and provide client and senior executive appropriate product updates in collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Technical Support, BI, and Project Management



  • End to end management of key initiatives, including adoption of send to corrections app, customer engagement efforts for bill payment and corrections



  • Support implementation of cross-border bill payment and mobile top-up strategy




Role Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.



  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in strategy, marketing, product management, or related roles.



  • Prior supervisory experience or demonstrated ability to lead junior staff.



  • Strong understanding of financial services and payments in a fast-paced environment.



  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and managing stakeholder relationships.



  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.



  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Salary

The base salary range is $150,000 - $170,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus a variable target incentive that aligns with individual and company performance.
