Job Description What is the opportunity? The role is to work with the Front Office eFX and eRates groups in the trading business to build critical engineering and platform architecture for algo trading. The candidate will have experience with building out key algos with a particular emphasis on critical infrastructure and engineering behind those algos. The ideal candidate will face off with the Front Office eFX and eRates teams, as well as key traders. This is very much a technical role to ensure that we have a solid foundation of engineering and platform infrastructure/architecture backing the algo trading business. Areas such as better automated testing, less reliance on QA/UAT environments and QA staff, backtesting, research environments for front office trading staff, and overall latency/platform monitoring and measurement are critical focus areas of the role. The candidate should be technical and hands-on, as well as be able to lead projects. Such technical leadership is critical for building out our e-books across Rates and FX. What will you do?

The expected salary range in New Jersey for the above position is $210,000 - $275,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
