Laboratory Intern

Contract: 6 to 12 months

Location: Theodore, AL

Pay: $22 to $30 hr.

Job Description:

Must have BS in Chemistry or Biology

Performs laboratory analysis as directed by the laboratory manage reviews, edits, and develops quality assurance documents and work instructions under the supervision of the laboratory manager assists the laboratory manager and technicians in equipment troubleshooting and repair.

Supports laboratory projects and continuous improvement activities.

Calibrates and performs maintenance on ICP-MS, ICP-OES, AA, GC, TOC and all other instrumentation under the supervision of the laboratory manager.

Perform SAP transactions related to raw materials, intermediates, and finished products and other technical activities.

Place orders for lab chemicals and materials.
