The Opportunity

Ulteig is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help shape the future of our enterprise software development efforts, with a strong emphasis on front-end experiences. This role offers the chance to be a thought leader in the design and delivery of intuitive, scalable user interfaces while also contributing to full-stack solutions across a modern Azure-based technology stack. You'll collaborate closely with software engineering and product management to influence UX architecture, design standards, and development best practices. You'll be part of the Software Engineering Group in the newly formed Digital Transformation business unit that delivers innovative software to support Ulteig's engineering workflows, R&D initiatives, AI capabilities, and SaaS applications.

What You'll Do



  • Design and implement scalable, secure front-end solutions for SaaS applications, with a focus on delivering intuitive and performant user experiences using React, TypeScript, and Material UI.
  • Influence UX architecture and design direction by collaborating closely with software engineering and product management, helping shape the end-state experience and establishing front-end best practices.
  • Deliver full-stack solutions by partnering with development teams to integrate front-end components with C#/.NET APIs and Azure cloud services.
  • Mentor and coach team members, sharing expertise in software engineering principles, design patterns, and modern development practices.
  • Drive clarity and alignment across teams by engaging with project management, product management, and engineering to refine features, estimates, and work breakdown structures.
  • Foster a collaborative and agile team culture, contributing to the evolution of iterative delivery practices and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Lead problem-solving efforts, applying a growth mindset to resolve technical challenges and support team members in overcoming blockers efficiently.
  • Champion knowledge sharing and innovation by creating and leading training sessions, demos, and discussions around technology adoption, design patterns, and process enhancements.

What We Expect from You



  • 5+ years designing and implementing robust, scalable user interfaces using modern frameworks such as React or Vue.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, and related front-end and back-end technologies.
  • 7+ years of experience architecting and delivering full-stack solutions in complex enterprise environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-energy team environment that values continuous learning and innovation with a growth mindset.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across technical and non-technical disciplines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable working within Agile methodologies and iterative development cycles.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (YAML, Bicep, IaC, pipelines) is a plus but not required.
  • Practical knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools and practices to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Ability to navigate and resolve conflicts constructively, supporting team cohesion and project success.
  • Consistent history of producing high-quality, reliable software that meets business goals.
  • Demonstrated dedication to professional development, staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for delivering impactful solutions.
  • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Additional Opportunity Details:
Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $130,400 - $176,500
* Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job-specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role and comparison to other employees already in this role.
