Seneca Technologies is seeking an Sr Analyst to lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative business applications using low-code/no-code (LC/NC) platforms. This role will be instrumental in translating federal client requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that drive digital transformation and process automation. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in one or more LC/NC platforms and possesses strong analytical, leadership, and client-facing skills.

This position is aremote position. This is a full-time employment opportunity, and the candidate MUST be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident and must be able to complete/pass/hold a moderate public trust investigation.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Collaborate directly with federal clients, project managers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and design technical solutions that align with agency missions.
  • Serve as the lead analyst, providing guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and development team members.
  • Develop and enforce governance policies, best practices, and development standards for the LC/NC (such as Microsoft Power Platform, Appian, etc.) environment to ensure quality, security, and maintainability.
  • Work with developers on the design and implementation of complex data models, process workflows, user interfaces, and custom integrations.
  • Manage platform administration, including environment strategy, security configurations, user permissions, and capacity planning.
  • Lead efforts in testing, debugging, and deploying solutions, ensuring they meet federal security and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP).
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution design documents, data dictionaries, and administration guides.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts to identify, track, and resolve defects, ensuring solutions are reliable and meet documented requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and effective use of the developed applications.
  • Conduct/Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to facilitate a collaborative and efficient development lifecycle.



Basic Qualifications:



  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, as mandated by our government client.
  • Must be able to complete/pass/hold a moderate public trust investigation.
  • 8+ years of experience.
  • BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related IT discipline preferred.
  • Business/Data Analyst experience within Federal Enterprise environment preferred.
  • Relevant business analyst certifications are preferred.
  • Experience with user management (creating users, roles, assign privileges), troubleshoot errors, develop and test reconciliation routines to perform data clean up.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
