IAM Developer II - The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (Philadelphia, PA):

Working under minimal supervision, collaborate with the Information Security team to deliver technical services and expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a primary focus on IAM solutions.

IAM Implementation/Reporting - Manage the integration of demographics data with additional systems, including CBOARD, Designa Parking Systems, and the ServiceNow workflow automation platform. Own and build quality assurance (QA) processes to ensure successful implementation of the above projects. Develop formal change implementation plans and oversee their execution to minimize disruptions. Implement the EPIC recertification process and elevated account recertification campaigns in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) to ensure that access to applications and data is accurate. Build reports in Workday using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and develop reports for end-users/applications to enhance data visibility and decision-making. Implement automated runtime codes to enhance operational efficiency. Contribute to the development and maintenance of change control methods to manage system changes effectively. #LI-DNI

Project Management - Oversee moderate technical projects, including solution evaluation, planning, installation, testing, issue tracking, and stakeholder communication, as well as ongoing support for system implementations. Lead the technical architecture, requirements gathering, design, and delivery of IAM project efforts. Lead the integration of demographics data between IAM and critical applications such as Workday ERP, Voalte for clinical communication, and Qgenda for clinical on-call management. Serve as a technical resource to other project team members, providing guidance and support as needed, and share best practices with project developers to enhance IAM programs and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate across HR, ERP, and Technology teams to ensure security and seamless communication of policies, procedures, standards, and controls to end-users to enhance user

experience and manage risk.

Mentorship/Training - Mentor team members on user access controls and IAM initiatives, promoting a security-conscious organizational culture. Provide technical instruction and training to staff members and end-users to promote skill development and system proficiency. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions, design and deliver training materials, and provide ongoing support to new hires to ensure their proficiency in technical skills and processes related to IAM and other relevant systems and tools. Provide on-call support for critical issues that impact clinical systems pertaining to authentication and security. Provide Help Desk support to resolve intermediate technical issues and ensure system functionality.

Application Development - Gather business and technical integration requirements from vendors for IAM solution delivery. Develop and enhance complex programs in Java based on detailed specifications from Digital and Technology Services personnel or vendors. Modify existing solutions to meet specific user requirements. Generate unit, system, and integrated test data from business owners, conduct thorough testing to ensure system integrity, and provide defect remediation. Prepare application conversion documentation and mappings, while maintaining the code repository for version control, to facilitate smooth system implementations and ensure effective collaboration throughout the transition process.

Documentation - Generate complex documentation, including design specifications and flow charts, to ensure clarity and accuracy in technical processes and procedures and to facilitate system understanding, ongoing maintenance, and future development by diverse stakeholders. Detail intricate system designs, data flows, and interactions between internal and external components, addressing integration dependencies, error handling, and scalability considerations.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and 3 years of experience integrating Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) with systems including EPIC EHR and ServiceNow using tools in Oracle IAM Suite (Oracle SQL Developer, JDeveloper), as well as Linux, Postman, and Eclipse IDE.
