Essential Functions

Facility inspections

  • Conduct extensive travel (35%-45%) from October to June
  • Perform through physical inspections of financial centers/offices' soft assets and assign condition ratings
  • Document facility conditions through photography and determine appropriate actions using Corrigo Mobile
  • Communicate with corresponding Facilities Manager of asset ratings
  • Review inspections from various locations to prioritize maintenance needs

Initiatives

  • Oversee work order creation and management for repair and maintenance requests
  • Compile and present progress reports and manage data effectively
  • Collaborate with operations team on tasks, deliverables, and ad hoc projects
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities

Business Disaster Recovery Plan (BDRP)

  • Possible travels to conduct post-disaster inspections
  • Provide support for remote reporting and/or Hotline operations
  • Oversee 3rd party completion checks

Client Relationship

  • Proactively develop and manage client relationships ensuring that the expected service levels are achieved.
  • Comply with all requirements of the client's contract and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators.
  • Coordinate site operations in alignment with all agreed policies, procedures and contract scope.
  • Deliver an exceptional quality of service to the client, as reflected by client feedback.
  • Support the implementation of innovative programs and processes that reduce short- and long-term operating costs and increase productivity.

Finance Management / Cost Control / Profitability

  • Contribute to the development and approval of annual capital plans for each building, working closely with clients
  • Support the area/site manager to achieve or exceed financial targets and key performance indicators.
  • Manage payments to vendors where applicable, using available systems, complying with all relevant policies
  • Continuously seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Actively supports an environment of teamwork, co-operation, performance excellence and personal success
  • The employee will normally work in a temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment.
  • During visits to financial centers/offices, employees may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions.
  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Facilities, Property, Business or related field desirable.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in facilities management or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Corrigo or other work order management platforms
  • Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

83,000.00 - 95,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
