Job Summary: The Banquet Manager ensures a smooth, efficient, and financially sound operation of the event center. Supervise the Banquet Supervisor and staff in accordance with company policies and procedures. Development and growth of associates, revenue, and profit. Prepare and issue progressive discipline, evaluations and conduct staff meetings. Maintain a strong communication relationship with the Sales & Catering Department. Assists in casino Food & Beverage operations, which include but not limited to; casino floor beverage servers, casino floor bar, Sports Bar FOH operations, Blue Square Cafe operations, Buffet operations and any tasks assigned. This position's starting salary is $56,250. Essential Functions:
