- Responsible for U.S. semi-monthly payroll functions, ensure pay processed on time, accurately, completely and in compliance with all regulations.
- Ensure new hires, terminations, changes to pay rates and special payroll runs processed accurately and in timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage and hour laws.
- Coordinate with HR and finance team to complete the LOA adjustment pay, commission, bonus, connection fee, on call pay, etc.
- Responsible for stock off-cycle run and notify the bank for tax release.
- Validate the ADP data with Workday file feed for any changes on semi-month basis.
- Respond to internal payroll questions, assist with the review of variable.
- Understand the benefits of the annual limit and adjustment steps in ADP system.
- Responsible for 401k funding and validate the funding amount with ADP deduction amount.
- Responsible for FLUX audit review with details and in compliance with SOX procedure.
- Ensure the desk procedure is updated to current process.
- Responsible for quarter-end and year-end audit and preparation
- Understanding the payroll GL entry and bank reconciliation process
About You
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience, working in a multi-state and/or multi-national payroll environment, and in a hyper growth environment.
- Experience in handling payroll related audits, manual recalculations, and reconciliations.
- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and be the primary contact of all payrolls matters for internal and external correspondence.
- Must be able to think critically and recognize discrepancies and anomalies through analysis.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiency.
- Ability to prioritize and work proactively and independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Team player with effective communication, customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills
- ADP Workforce Now and Workday HCM and NetSuite ERP experience
- Basic knowledge of U.S. GAAP accounting

Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, relevant experience, and work location.
