• What youll achieve
  As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software basis the customers business goals, needs and general business environment creating software solutions.
  
  You will:
  
• Contribute to the design and architecture of new or re-engineered software/storage environments
  
• Prepare written software/storage specifications for sophisticated products from architectural diagrams and documents
  
• Build and review design, functional, technical and/or user documentation, as needed
  
• Develop, review and implement test strategies for software products and systems

  Essential Requirements
  
• Validated experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on hardware integration and low-level driver programming. Proficient in C/C++, with deep expertise in systems programming and working close to the hardware

Skilled in Python and Perl for automation and testing workflows, with hands-on experience using Docker for containerized deployment and modern DevOps practices

Proven track record of delivering robust, high-performance, and reliable software solutions across diverse platforms

Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and debug scalable and complex software systems, based on both written and verbal specifications

Quick to adapt and learn new tools, programming languages, and operating systems through structured training and hands-on experience

Desirable Requirements

Bachelors degree

6 to 8 years of related experience
Experience with Jira and Agile development methodologies

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position: $144,500 to $187,000.
