What We Are Looking For We are looking for a technician to join our ESS service team, which prides itself on quality work and excellent customer service. Industry experience is required to ensure timely and effective service for our customers. The ability to obtain a security clearance is essential, and having one already is a plus. The ideal candidate is someone who is committed to our core values and dedicated to safety and professionalism. What We Expect (Responsibilities include but are not limited to and may vary depending on technician level) * Understanding of drawings and other service documents * General understanding of simple electrical circuits * Skills in configuring and programming security systems and related technologies * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Access Control, Intrusion Detection, CCTV, and Intercom Systems * General Microsoft Office skills * Communicate with team and customers through service completion * Complete daily timesheets and reports * Complete required security training throughout the year * Maintain company vehicle (if assigned), keeping it clean and documentation up to date * Commitment to safety Work Requirements * Ability to use hand tools (screwdrivers, crimpers, voltmeter, toners, etc.) * Proficiency with voltmeter * Ability to use various power tools (drills, impact drivers, multitools, etc.) * Ability to operate computer and phone * Able to use ladders and willing to learn lift operation * Able to lift 50 pounds (equipment, toolbox) * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites * Must pass background checks for security clearance and site access * Must be able to travel interisland, mainland, and internationally * Must be able to work overtime as needed to complete service tickets If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for security and protecting others, we encourage you to apply. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $37.80 - $37.80/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
