Additional Requirements

Experience:1to3yearsofpreviousStoreManagerexperienceinaluxuryretailserviceenvironmentpreferable. Possesscurrentknowledgeoffashiontrendsandcompetitioninthemarketplace.

Education:Highschooldiplomaorequivalent;collegedegreepreferred.

Technical:ProficientwithMSOffice(MicrosoftWord,Excel,PowerPointandOutlook).Experienceusingretail systems(i.e.labormanagement,inventorysystems,salesreporting,etc.)

Physical:Abilitytocommunicateeffectivelywithcustomersandteam.Mobilitytomaneuverthesalesfloorand stockroomtoprovideandsupportcustomerservice.Reachabove/bendtoobtainproductforcustomersfrom storefixtures/shelvesatvariousheightsandclimbladders/stairs/step-stoolstoperformvisualmerchandisingand housekeepingduties.Abilitytofrequentlyliftandcarryuptofivepoundsandattimesliftandcarry product/cartonsuptofiftypoundstoprocessproductshipment/transfers.

Schedule:Abilitytoworkaflexiblescheduletomeettheneedsofthebusiness,includingnights,weekends,busy seasons,andhighretailtrafficandsalesdays(includingbutnotlimitedtothedayafterThanksgiving,Memorial Day,ChristmasEve,Mother'sDay,etc.).
