Production Supervisor/Hi Vision

SUMMARY

This position, under the direction of the AR/Coating Manager, is responsible for supervising shift production within the Anti-Reflective and Hi-Vision department by planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling the activities of employees, all while ensuring quality goals and customer needs are met.
