Responsibilities

- Must maintain 85 or higher NPS and must contribute to reputation.com score over 800.
- Training new and current teammates as well as Conduct weekly ride alongs with Installation Managers to ensure proper processes are being adhered to.
- Perform re-measures when needed.
- Provide coaching and additional support to teammates who need it.
- Conduct job site visits on a weekly basis for new installs and escalated customers.
- Be the first point of contact when an Installation Manager has and escalated customer situation.
- Abbreviated measure schedule (will conduct 3-5 measures a week) and facilitate weekly small team meetings.
- Assist Production Manager with planning and execution of full Installation Manager team meetings.
- Discussing custom door requests.
- Must be available for rotation of the construction thread.
- Collaborate with other leaders in the business on processes, customer issues and more.
- Will need to be in the Denver office for specific in person meetings and teammate experience initiatives.

Qualifications

- At Least 2 years with Installation Manager experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and in the Salesforce platform, specifically rForce.
- Excellent de-escalation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be comfortable on a ladder.
- Possess RbA window and door knowledge.

Pay = $80,000 - $83,000 annually, depending on experience.
